How is Graft Remote different
One tool
First and foremost, Graft Remote is different because it is a tool that covers the entire employee life cycle, in a simple, elegant and modern way. There are other behemoths in that space, but they are extremely bloated, not elegant and don’t move fast - at all.
Graft Remote is opinionated
Graft Remote doesn’t cover all the use cases or addresses every problem. It doesn't suit everyone. In fact it tries very hard to be simple to use and to bring a set of features that most companies will find useful, and avoid features that are specific to a company. Graft Remote is strongly opinionated.
Complete control
Graft Remote give users and companies complete control over their data. There are no vendor lock-in; and there never will be. All the data, both from a company and a user point of perspective, can be exported for free at any time (even if you don't have a paid account) in a standard and documented format. You can also use the API without any restrictions.
Privacy
Privacy is more than paramount at Graft Remote – it’s essential. As a matter of fact, Graft Remote does not track users, does not sell data and does not use ads. Analytics is provided by an open source tool. Our Privacy Policy.
Technologies
Technically, the software is developed with boring, proven, predictable, easy to maintain technologies that makes Graft Remote fast and secure which is useful for users and companies, not something that is technically exciting.
Simple
In terms of user experience, the software aims to be simple to use with the minimum amount of configuration. The design itself is not a priority and is pretty basic with the main focus on having a great user experience. Software should be used without having to have proper training for it; and it should be easy enough that it doesn't need any help.
Pricing
Graft Remote is supported by subscriptions. You pay a fair amount for subscription per employee each month, and in exchange, each employee have access to their own Graft Remote account.
There are no hidden fees or costs, or minimum monthly fees, or installation fees - or any other fees.
Graft Remote charges a fixed amount per active employee per month. An active employee is an employee who is in your account, and who is not locked.
